Manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded cider and beer C&C Group has announced the acquisition of the Vermont Hard Cider Company, LLC (VTHCC).
C&C Group, also known as C&C or the Group, manufactures Bulmers, Irish cider brand, Magners, premium international cider brand, Gaymers, and the Tennent's beer brand. C&C Group also owns Hornsby's craft cider brand in the US.
CEO of C&C Group, Stephen Glancey, commented: "“We are pleased to complete the acquisition of the Vermont Hard Cider Company.

Vermont Hard Cider Company has been selling hard cider in the United States since 1991, it's main brand Woodchuck is one of the top selling hard cider brands in the US.
