McCann Central has appointed Mike Savage as financial director following the retirement of Tony Silman.
Savage has brought 16 years’ experience to the role, including seven years at JP Morgan in London and New York and three years at former Leeds-based advertising agency, Poulters.
He commented: “During my time at Poulters I developed a real passion for the industry and was keen to return when the right opportunity arose. This, coupled with the attraction of the McCann brand, makes this an extremely exciting move for me. I’m looking forward to playing a key role in continuing to grow the business and taking it forward to the next level.”
Dean Lovett, CEO of McCann Central, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Mike to the team. Over the past 16 years, McCann Central has grown by a staggering 900 per cent - and we’re not looking to slow down any time soon. I’m looking forward to working closely with Mike to shape what will be the next era for McCann.”
