After an ad featuring Kerry Katona as the face of payday loan company Cash Lady was banned last week, the former singer is appearing on screens again in a campaign for the same company.
The first ad was banned for suggesting the company as an alternative to banks, despite the fact that its APR was over 2,000 per cent.
However, a similar advert has now appeared on screens, with the ASA saying that it cannot stop the company from broadcasting again as long as the ad has been cleared for broadcast.
The ASA ruled that the first ad, featuring the previously bankrupt Katona, was irresponsible.
