Kirsch will work alongside executive creative director Jason Andrews and help the strategy, data, developer and creative teams to integrate RAPP services, as well as running RAPP Labs.
Chief creative officer, Rik Haslam, said: "Marcus is a great hire for us. It's vital for RAPP to continue to invest in creative innovation and future facing technologists so that we can deliver innovative and game changing work for all our clients.
"As we further embed data and technology at the very centre of our creative offering, Marcus's unique skillset offers us the ability to deliver genuinely compelling experiences for our clients."
