Yahoo! and GroupM Entertainment partner for two new video-on-demand series

This follows the pairs’ previous successful alliance with online parenting series hosted by Myleene Klass

Yahoo! has teamed up with GroupM Entertainment to create two original online video-on demand series, Superfoods and How Money Works, launching early next year.

Superfoods is a 20-part series co-produced by Bearkatt and GroupM Entertainment. Starring larger-than-life chef Ricky Andalcio the show is filled with surprising facts, recipe tips and the secrets and health benefits of the most unassuming ingredients.

How Money Works will take the form of a 20-part animation series, and will be co-produced by 360 Production and GroupM Entertainment. The programme will look to answer all those burning questions about personal finance, the economy and global economic conundrums.

Richard Hampson, head of digital at GroupM Entertainment, commented: “There is significant demand for high quality, original, online video series and the need for new, innovative, commercial models to make them happen. We are delighted to be building our partnership with Yahoo! in this area and look forward to continued success in our relationship.”
