Former Cello mruk research ltd MD James Law has launched Wild Heather Digital Research, a new technology driven market research agency.
Wild Heather Digital Research will use the latest technology to deliver primary research insights to organisations. The agency will offer online quantitative and online qualitative research services, including the development and use of panels, and broad based consultation programmes in addition to online group discussions, depth interviews and online surveys.
Commenting on the new venture, Law said: “The new generation of systems and tools enables almost every nature of research to be conducted at a fraction of the historic, labour intensive costs. The key issue is to use the technology within a structure of best research practice.”
Prior to launching the agency Law built mruk research ltd into a significant UK-wide full service research agency prior to being acquired by Cello group plc.
