Directgov, the government run jobs portal, could be forgiven for scraping the recruitment barrel given the dire economic recent postings is sure to raise more than a few eyebrows.

The tongue in cheek vacancy, written in poor English, seeks the services of ‘Females presenters’ to undertake ‘home internet work for internet babe chat’.

It is the latest in a series of unconventional career paths offered by the portal, which most recently fell victim to a spoof advert for a ‘professional’ to ‘remove’ individuals on a ‘non-attributable basis’ for the UK government.

The listings reference just happened to be ‘007’.

Anyone seeking to avail themselves of this once in a lifetime offer is advised to fire off the latest photos of themselves to Loaded.tv

Update - as the Drum was reporting this, the job advert was removed by Directgov (see screengrab).
