InMobi, the mobile-first technology platform and advertising network has announced the acquisition of Overlay Media, the developers of mobile data analytics based technologies.
The key draw for InMobi was Overlay Media’s flagship product, the Context Engine, which enables intelligent on-device behaviour, wiser use of battery power and increased personalisation to deliver personalised content to mobile users.
The Overlay Media team will be based from the InMobi London EMEA HQ.
