npower has renewed its customer communications contract with Opus Trust Marketing, extending the contract by a further three years.
The renewal will see Opus Trust Marketing continue to print and mail npower customers’ bills and statements on behalf of the gas and electricity supplier until 2016.
Speaking of the decision to retain the Leicester-based company, Hilary O’Grady, marketing operations manager at npower, said: “After a comprehensive review where price, quality and innovation were all put under the microscope, we have found that Opus Trust Marketing continues to offer the best solution.”
The energy provider, who has been a customer of Opus Trust Marketing since 2000, has already started working on new communications designs to present clearer customer communications.
