Former Y&R creative director Adrian Holmes has teamed up with creative services specialist Steve Hobbs and ex-Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO vice-chairman Alfredo Marcantonio to launch HHM – Holmes Hobbs Marcantonio.
HHM takes over from MPH, the consultancy that Hobbs and Marcantonio launched eight years ago, with all MPH clients including Serena Linley Provence, Telegraph Road Cycling and Albert Bartlett transferring to the new shop.
As well as existing MPH clients GGM launches with new clients Prostate Cancer UK and the Folio Society.
The Prostate Cancer UK win follows a wide ranging review process by the charity that saw a shortlist including Beattie McGuinness Bungay and Dave Trott’s CST, who both made creative pitches.
HHM launched its debut ad for the charity, featuring comedian Bill Bailey, at the turn of the year.
The Folio Society poster campaign, broke just before Christmas, and was created in conjunction with Crossroads Films.
Speaking of the new company, Holmes said: “HHM is exactly the sort of opportunity I’ve been looking for, and puts me firmly back in touch with what I really love about this business – coming up with creative ideas.
"But the fact I’ll be doing it with two colleagues like Marc and Steve is really the best news of all.”
