Media industry recruiters Lipton Fleming have announced a merger with creative communications industry recruiter Source.
In a joint statement, the shareholders and directors of Source and Lipton Fleming said: “This merger gives all of us the perfect vehicle to achieve our goals. Until today, there has been no single recruitment company that can provide a full spectrum service across the entire media and creative communications market.
“It is our intention to grow each area of the business as rapidly and as successfully as possible, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of service quality which have been so fundamental to our individual successes to date.”
The merger is taking place with immediate effect, leading to a combined staff count of 35.
