Publicis Group has completed the deal for its acquisition of independent digital marketing agency LBi for €416 million (£333 million).
The deal will see the French headquartered group acquire 98 per cent of LBi’s shares and was completed last night.
The group, which has also acquired agencies including Razorfish and Digitas in recent years, announced the deal last September.
The deal marks the latest large-scale acquisition of a digital agency since WPP’s acquisition of AKQA last year.
