Awareness that next week is Get Safe Online Week, with a Click & Tell Roadshow set to launch, is set to be raised by The Media Agency Group with an integrated outdoor and radio campaign.
The campaign will run for two weeks and includes roadside 6 sheets, 48 sheets and telephone boxes supported by a radio airtime campaign on the Capital FM network, Choice FM, Gold London, Cool FM and Total Forth.
Tony Neate, CEO of Get Safe Online, says: “Put simply, the internet is one of the greatest inventions the world has ever seen. It has so much to offer us all. Get Safe Online Week is definitely not about taking the fun out of being connected online, but about making sure everyone knows how to stay safe and secure when using it.
“We want to get as many people as possible sharing their experiences to make more people aware of how to protect themselves, their friends and family online.”
Each day, the Get Safe Online tour bus will be visiting schools, universities and city centres in Cardiff, London, Leeds, Edinburgh and Belfast to hand out free advice on how to keep secure online.
