RIBA's branding at the moment

The Royal Institute for British Architects (RIBA) has appointed Rose to create a visual identity for its development and fundraising activities.

The new identity is hoped raise awareness of RIBA and their charitable activities amongst the public. Rose has been tasked with creating an identity to increase brand awareness and secure funding.

Once created, the identity will be applied to RIBA’s host of print and digital collateral, as well as fundraising materials over the forthcoming months.

Rose senior designer, Rupert Gowar-Cliffe, commented: “Their [RIBA’s] headquarters on Portland Place is a hugely impressive building, and embodies the values and quality inherent in RIBA as an organisation.

“But they are keen to shift the perception of being a private club for architects, to being the UK authority on architecture, which has considerable relevance and interest for a broader public audience, in addition to practising architects.”
