Specialist property adviser Christie + Co has commissioned Smith & Milton to deliver on creative projects and support the brand.
The first project undertaken by Smith & Milton saw the creation of an event stand at the annual International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF) in Berlin. Along with regular partner Scriberia, a creative company that specialises in graphic facilitation - visually mapping speaking events through words and illustration, Smith & Milton were able to communicate the ‘Art of Innovation’ through Christie + Co’s vision.
Jane Wiley, marketing strategy and communications director at Christie + Co, said “Smith & Milton really listened to our brief and have delivered a most exciting design which has energised our colleagues and attracted considerable interest from our clients.”
Aiming to capture the relationships and conversations that are key to Christie + Co’s business, a bespoke curved exhibition stands was designed for the event, with collateral materials including a brochure, ad, invites and USB stick created around the main concept. The exhibition stand also functioned as a blackboard on which two Scriberia delegates, who were present at the IHIF, were drawing live bringing these conversations to life.
Ben Mott, client services director at Smith & Milton, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Christie + Co at such an exciting time as they look to establish themselves as market leaders and communicate their considerable skills and expertise externally. It’s also lovely to be reunited with Jane, the originator of the Legal & General brand programme, and we’ve no doubt that this new relationship will bring the same level of success. ”
