Property website Rightmove has seen a 20 per cent growth in traffic during the first third of 2013 with 1.25bn page views.
The site saw the average revenue for each advertiser grow by £70 on the same period during the previous year to reach £529 per month while the total number advertisers at the end of April was up by 1 per cent to 18,526 on December's figures.
Rightmove also saw enquiries increase to record levels of 80 per cent during April it has claimed following the release of a TV advertising campaign, also helped mobile traffic through the Rightmove apps on iPhone, iPad and Android, alongside the optimised mobile website. The iPad and iPhone apps, both released earlier this year have reached total downloads of around 3m.
The company also revealed that it was on target to meet operating costs of between £35m - £36m.
