Leading IT and technology company ASM Technologies has revealed a refreshed brand identity and also launched a new website through North West agency Carpe Diem as the company looks to raise its profile in the IT sector both at home and abroad in the months ahead.
ASM Technologies, which is the market leader in providing IT and technology-based supplier rationalisation services and solutions, was keen to re-energise its brand identity and create an more user friendly online presence enabling visitors to access information about ASM’s services more easily.
Early in the rebranding process Carpe Diem identified that the ASM Technologies website would benefit from a significant overhaul and revitalisation, which led to an in-depth consultation, design and prototyping process by the agency. The resulting site showcases both ASM Technologies’ new office in London and ASM team members in order to preserve the ‘human’ element which is important to their approach.
The design of the website is clean and fresh, while maintaining ASM Technologies’ professional and customer focussed image. High quality and appropriate imagery was used throughout the website to enhance and support the content, which in itself is a key component of the customer journey. Refactoring and improving upon existing content was key to ensuring success, and so the content has been thoroughly revised, added to and elaborated upon in accord with the design. The result is a visually appealing site that makes it easy to learn about all aspects of ASM Technologies.
In order to further cement relationships between ASM Technologies and customers, the website features user friendly data capture elements, making it easy for website users to get in touch with ASM Technologies within one click from any page.
