Discount retailer TJ Hughes has unveiled a new online store to help improve the experience for digital customers.
The retailer, which went into administration in 2011 before having its debt acquired, appointed Liverpool digital agency YOMA to develop the site.
Martin Fisher, head of e-commerce at TJ Hughes, said: “The launch of the new website marks a new chapter for TJ Hughes online. E-commerce is now a huge focus for the business and is key to the continued success of the TJ Hughes brand in the future. TJ Hughes are extremely pleased to announce the launch of our new online store which represents months of hard work by all involved, and we hope the site is well received by TJ Hughes customers.”
The revamp of the site has seen an expansion of the range of categories and products available, with the retailer hoping that it will give it the opportunity to compete online.
