Sex abuse victim Steven Messham has revealed via Twitter that he “will get the name out”, referring to the MP who he claims raped him.
Appearing on Friday’s Newsnight, Messham described how the Conservative MP repeatedly attacked him over an 18 month period in 1977, when Messham was just 13.
Messham has thus far been prevented from naming his abuser to the media, but has vowed to Twitter followers that he will eventually name those involved in the abuse.
Messham has also contacted the Prime Minister directly saying: “@David_Cameron I have asked for a meeting with you, and i will keep asking the truth must come out and the goverment must act.”
Messham then followed up with a Tweet reading: “The PM should have been in touch by now, what can he be thinking,[ignore him he wil go away] wrong i wont.”
Messham has already gained over 400 followers even though his account was only set up less than 24 hours ago.
But he has suggested that despite the support he is still receiving “death threats” with a recent Tweet stating: “fed up with the threats get me killed that is the only way i will go away.”
