Retirement home developer McCarthy & Stone has announced the appointment of Carat to its £2.5m planning account.
The regional and national account was won following a three way pitch between Carat, MPG and the incumbent Space and Time.
Sam Turner, marketing director at the McCarthy & Stone Group, said: “As we grow our business with the recent launch of financial and legal services alongside our property business, it is important that we have the right media strategy as we go forward.
