Nigella Lawson and Charles Saatchi have today been granted a decree nisi at the High Court in London.
Saatchi filed for the divorce earlier this month, following pictures of him with his hands around the throat of wife Lawson being made public.
The pictures were taken in a London restaurant.
Saatchi was acting as his own divorce lawyer in the process.
