The Vision line-up is taking shape

The itinerary for this year's Vision 2012 conference in Bristol is taking shape with a diverse speaker line-up that includes Innocent Drinks' head of creative Dan Germain and the Huffington Post's editor-in-chief Carla Buzasi.

Organised by Bristol Media, the two-day conference takes place in November and is themed around 'the power of creative collaboration'. The programme ranges from ad man Andrew Cracknell dicussing 'the real Mad Men' of Madison Avenue to AKQA's Ben Jones talking about technology's effect on human emotions.

This is the third year of the conference, which is expected to welcome more than 200 of the UK's top digital, design, marketing, advertising, publishing, PR and television professionals including agency owners, MDs, creative directors, senior managers and freelancers.

Bristol Media's Caroline Marshall said: "The UK has seen a surge in activity and investment in the creative industries over the past decade or so, and we believe that creative collaboration will be a key aspect of developing our thriving business and cultural communities.

“Bristol’s growing reputation as a creative hub is, in part, due to the nature of that workforce. We are a close network where people from different organisations often get together and aren’t afraid to collaborate, whether that be on projects or just sharing opinions. We feel this is a unique trait and has inspired this year’s Vision."

The conference takes place on 14-15 November and there is a 20% discount on ticket prices being offered for those who book before 15 October. You can see more information on tickets and the full speaker line-up on the Vision website, www.visionbristol.com.
