Beauty education provider Pivot Point International, Inc. has awarded Granby Marketing Services the contract to handle its fulfilment demands as it expands into the UK market.
Following a competitive tender process, Granby will now manage the distribution of all Pivot Point products to training organisations and colleges across the UK as well as managing the stock of products including text books, DVDs, teaching manuals and mannequins.
Granby’s internal operating system, SCOPe, will handle transferring data from Pivot Point’s ERP system, including order tracking numbers, dispatch and fulfilment information.
Pivot Point’s senior vice president of finance and internal operations Bob Sieh, commented: “As we grow in the UK, we must ensure efficient stock management and delivery to our clients. Our goal was to find a service provider where reliability was paramount. We selected Granby for their superior credentials and experience.”
