PC manufacturer Lenovo has selected We Are Social as its global social media agency of record, following a competitive four-way pitch.
We Are Social will now manage Lenovo’s social media activities worldwide, with the strategic partnership being led from the agency’s offices in Singapore and New York. The agency has also been tasked with providing strategic support and advice to the company’s in-house social media team.
We Are Social are also set to collaborate with internal teams to create a calendar of relevant content for Lenovo, recommend and implement suitable metrics and measurement tools, support global product launches using social media, and provide a full crisis management consultancy service.
Social media activity from the brand is set to tie-in with its larger marketing strategy, co-ordinated with the company’s above-the-line, PR and retail/experiential agencies.
